This volume contains the minutes from the meetings of the Trustees of the Urana Common. The title on the first page reads: 'Quarterly Meeting of the Trustees held on...' Also at the end of each set of minutes is an oval blue ink stamp which reads: 'The Trustees Permanent & Temporary Common / URANA.' The minutes have also been accepted and signed each month by the Chairman of the Committee. Some of the topics covered in the Minutes include: Naming those present at the meeting; Applications for enrollment into the Committee; Correspondence sent and received; Accounts; Tenders received and acccepted; Revision of the Commoners Roll; Changes proposed and accepted; Annual Meetings; Balance Sheets; Rules and new By-Laws; and remarks from the Auditor.
