This dataset presents the hygrothermal and bio-hygrothermal performance of brick veneer-clad external walls under the 6- and 7-Star energy efficiency standards, following ASHRAE-prescribed conditioning. The results focus on the risks of surface and interstitial moisture accumulation, as well as mould growth. Variations in Reference Meteorological Year (RMY) inputs—with and without rainfall—are also included.
