资源简介:
AML is often driven by recurrent gene mutations critical for leukemogenesis, diagnosis and risk stratification, which makes increasingly important to characterize the mutational landscape of AML cell lines mimicking the genotype of specific AML subsets. However, this information is currently available for a relatively limited number of cell lines. Here, we performed targeted sequencing of 76 human AML cell lines to generate a single comprehensive resource for modeling in vitro most diagnostics and prognostics genetic subsets of AML.
