This dataset accompanies the paper "High-precision machine learning identifies a reproducible functional connectivity signature of autism spectrum diagnosis in a subset of individuals." It includes parcellation maps (MIST), preprocessed fMRI data, phenotypic data, and outputs from transductive conformal prediction models.
