Chilean Scientific Publications in Economics: A View from Latindex, SciELO, WoS and Scopus

The objective of it exploratory study is characterizing at quantitative level of production and visibility of the Chilean Economy scientific literature publishing in journals indexed in the Latindex Catalog, SciELO, Scopus and Web of Science. Identified The most productive chilean researchers in economy, as are their institutional origin, level of collaboration with national and foreign institutions; and the journal titles where they prefer to publish. This is a under degree thesis presented to Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana in the year 2014 in Library Science School.
