PepPred Parameters

PepPred Structural Similarity Predictor PepPred predicts structural similarity for 9-mer peptide antigens across HLA alleles. Methods related to this repository can be found in this manuscript: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.64898/2026.05.21.726655v1.full. Parameters This repository contains the .SIF file and parameters tar that are necessary for PepPred to run. Download the given files into the same directory as your PepPred/ installation and follow the instructions in the PepPred README.md file to properly extract and install the parameters.
