The following 16S rRNA sequence data is for analysis of the distinct Nitrososphaerota microbiomes in two different compartments (rhizosphere and bulk soils) of plant samples. For more detail about the description, please check the publication. We used two different kinds of plants (pepper and ginseng) to analyze the distinct Nitrososphaerota microbiomes. We collected pepper samples through two different growth phases (vegetative growth phase; 60 days and reproductive phase; 90 days). We collected ginseng samples through the ages of plants (2-, 4-, and 6-year-old) at the same time.
