Kraken2 and Bracken species identifications for the 844 bacterial species (representing 23 phyla and 379 genera) meeting at least one of these conservative inclusion criteria: (1) > 1% of the total bacterial microbiome in at least one individual and (2) present in at least 25% of individuals.
