Human CD34+ cells with and without interferon gamma exposure. Homo sapiens

In order to understand the gene expression pathways affected by inflammation through interferon gamma, total RNA was extracted from human CD34+ cells with and without interferon gamma exposure for 48 hours. Single-strand DNA circles and DNA nanoball production by rolling circle replication generated compatible libraries of sequences close to the 3 prime end of polyadenylated RNA. Libraries were sequenced at 30M paired-end, 150 base pairs using the DNBSEQ platform system by BGI, USA.
