New Construction Permits

This dataset combines new construction permits from the BluePrince (2010-2017) and Energov (2017-present) permitting systems. BluePrince permit types were translated to match the new Energov permit types using thew following: 'Commercial Building Permit' = 'Building Commercial' 'New Construction of Multi Family Attached Building Permit 2 or more units under the IBC' = 'Building Multi-Family' 'New Single Family Dwelling Permit'= 'Single Family/Duplex Dwelling' 'Owner/Builder Residential Bldg. Permit' = 'Single Family/Duplex Dwelling' 'Residential Building Permit'= 'Single Family/Duplex Dwelling' PASSEDFINAL means a Final Building Inspection was passed.

本数据集整合了BluePrince（2010-2017年）与Energov（2017年至今）两套审批系统中的新建工程许可数据。为统一许可类型口径，BluePrince系统的各类许可通过以下规则映射至Energov系统的许可类型：商业建筑许可（Commercial Building Permit）对应商用建筑许可（Building Commercial）；依据IBC规范的2个及以上单元多户连体建筑新建许可（New Construction of Multi Family Attached Building Permit 2 or more units under the IBC）对应多户建筑许可（Building Multi-Family）；独栋住宅新建许可（New Single Family Dwelling Permit）、业主/承建商住宅建筑许可（Owner/Builder Residential Bldg. Permit）以及住宅建筑许可（Residential Building Permit）均对应独栋住宅/双拼住宅许可（Single Family/Duplex Dwelling）。其中，标识PASSEDFINAL表示已通过最终建筑验收（Final Building Inspection）。
