Dataset for "Toward Sociotechnical Awareness: Unpacking Generative AI Anxiety and Its Impact on Deep Engagement in the Post-Adoption Stage"

This dataset contains the cleaned survey responses (N=899) from a study exploring the multidimensional psychological landscape of anxiety toward Generative AI. The data focuses on measuring AI anxiety alongside associated psychological factors and behavioral intentions. All data has been de-identified to protect participant privacy.
