RANCM - A new ranking scheme for assigning confidence levels to metabolite assignments in NMR-based metabolomics studies

Single .zip file containing relevant data for manscript. NMR spectral data stored in Bruker file format, excel template for reporting confidence levels to metabolite assignments, example confidence levels. Excel template has been modified to correctly reference RANCM schema as described in manuscript and has been denoted as such, as well as uploaded to a separate submission on FigShare for ease of access.
