Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for PCW (500 ug/mL, 100 ug/mL, and 20 ug/mL, respectively), positive control (wortmannin 10uM and LY294002 10uM, respectively), and vehicle control (2% DMSO).
