Dynamic changes of microbiota in the progression of primary sclerosing cholangitis in a mouse model

In this study, a murine model of sclerosing cholangitis was established via 0.1% 3,5-diethoxycarbonyl-1,4-dihydrocollidine (DDC) diet feeding. Microbiome analysis were conducted on fecal samples collected at series time points during PSC development to investigate the longitudinally dynamic changes in microbial structure.
