This dataset includes replication timing of WT K562 cells and cells with or without 600 nM Aphidicolin treatment. Cells were treated with or without 600 nM treatement for 16 hours, BrdU for 1 or 3 hours, Hochest33342 for 30 minutes, and then sorted into 6 fractions, according to the DNA content. After that, genomic DNA was isolated and applied for Repli-seq analysis.
