High-frequency (25-50 Hz) coupled observations of wind speed and
aeolian saltation flux (i.e, the wind-blown movement of sand)
were measured at three field sites: Jericoacoara, Brazil; Rancho
Guadalupe, California; and Oceano, California. The dataset
provided here contains the full record of raw and processed time series of
saltation flux and wind speed measured at multiple heights above the
sediment surface.
