Reproducibility package for NIS-Teen HPV vaccination analysis, 2018-2024

This archive contains reproducibility materials for the manuscript Parent-reported provider recommendation, socioeconomic disparities, and reasons for non-initiation of HPV vaccination among U.S. adolescents: a National Immunization Survey-Teen analysis, 2018-2024. It includes analysis scripts, aggregate output tables, figure source data, final figure files, supplementary documentation, file checksums, and R session information. Raw CDC NIS-Teen public-use files and individual-level processed extracts are not redistributed. Users should download the public-use files, codebooks, and user guides directly from CDC before running the scripts.
