Bulk stable isotope analysis of E. pacific hawksbill sea turtle skin, skute, and putative prey collected in Bahia de Jiquilisco, El Salvador and Estero Padre Ramos, Nicaragua

This data was collected as part of the dissertation research of Kathryn R. Wedemeyer-Strombel*, and subsequent publications (in prep).

These data are our results for bulk stable isotope analysis of d13C and d15N of hawksbill sea turtle (Eretmochelys imbricata) skin and scute from turtles opportunistically sampled in Bahia de Jiquilisco, El Salvador and Estero Padres Ramos, Nicaragua. Putative prey items were also collected in both estuaries. All collection & analysis methods can be found within the dissertation cited below, as well as in forthcoming publications. Curved Carapace length reported here is the average of 3 measurements taken at time of capture, per standard protocol.
