Datasets associated with "Disordered clock protein interactions and charge blocks turn an hourglass into a persistent circadian oscillator".

These datasets correspond to the paper by Jankowski et al. 2024, Nature Communications. Within the CCD Array Luciferase Reporter Trials folder are the original Lightfield image stacks that can be opened in ImageJ with a .spe plugin (Plate 1 is at top of images, Plate 2 at bottom) and an Excel Sheet with raw extracted relative luminescence values per hour after constant darkness. Within the FRQ Peptide Microarrays folder, there are the original microarray images and images in .tif format, as well as an Excel file outlining the two designed FRQ-based peptide libraries and extracted intensity values from the microarray images using TIGR Spotfinder.
