chip seq with ChIP-seq with antibodies against Brachyury (Ntl), Tbx16 (Spt) and Eomes. 3 experiments 2 samples each (one lane per sample). For each sample 5000 zebrafish embryos were collected at 75-85% epiboly and subjected to chromatin immunoprecipitation with the appropriate antibody as described in Morley et al, 2009, PNAS 106(10):3829-34. ChIPed DNA was amplified with linkers containing a Bpm1 site. After amplification linkers were removed by restriction enzyme digest. A size selected, paired end library was prepared from this DNA and sequenced on the Illumina GAII platform This data is part of a pre-publication release.
