RMT and SICI data collected for different coil sizes and eye states
收藏资源简介:
Dataset created to examine the effect of (i) eye state (open or closed), (ii) coil size (DuoMag figure-of-eight 30BFT, 50BFT or 70BF) and (iii) mean baseline muscle activity upon resting motor threshold (RMT) and short interval intracortical inhibition (SICI), as reported by Sabharwal et al., 2025 (doi: 10.48550/arXiv.2601.18286) RMT and SICI (3ms interstimulus interval, conditioning at 70% RMT) were recorded using the automated threshold tracking protocol reported by McMackin et al., 2025 (doi: 10.1016/j.cnp.2024.03.001 ). Baseline muscle activity is calculated as the root mean squared EMG amplitude in the 200ms prior to stimulation. The final dataset comprises of data from 21 healthy controls, corresponding to 120 RMT and 130 SICI measurements. Subjects are distinguished by letters in the "Subject" column. RMT and SICI data are available from separate sheets within the provided xslx file.
