Complex rural economic development and sustainability research, development of the service network in the Carpathian Basin

This work was examined the genetic diversity of various sheep breed originated from several countries with different cliamatic condition. The aim was to investigate the genetic diference of heat-resistance related genes in cold resistance sheep breed and heat resistance sheep breed based on 51 SNPs from 29 genes using Kompetitive Allele Spesific Polimerase Chain Reaction (KASP PCR) array.
