Increasing evidence highlights that immunotherapy, especially immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) can potentially enable long-term survival in various cancer, besides prostate cancer.Emerging evidence indicated that pyroptosis, a critical form of immunogenic cell deaths, could trigger anti-tumor immune microenvironment and facilitate immunotherapy. However, the upstream regulation upon pyroptosis signaling in prostate cancer setting remains unclear.
