Additional file 3. Mass spectral library for processing urine samples. This msl file is the AMDIS library built to identify compounds in the urine samples analysed in this study. This library was built using NIST mass spectral library version 2.0, 2011. This file can be visualised using a text editor or it can be loaded into AMDIS software. Please see the user manual provided with AMDIS to obtain all the necessary information to load a new library.
