High performance, mini-modules (~1 cm2) of halide perovskite indoor photovoltaics with carbon counter electrode and sensor powering (dataset)

The data were collected using the methodology of current-voltage measurements, photocurrent measurements, scanning electron microscopy, ambient photoemission spectroscopy, UV-VIS spectroscopy, and electrical measurements using four-point probe method and Keithley source meter. The type of data are text and image formats. These data can be seen in softwares like notepad and GIMP.
