<b>Effects of elevated CO</b>_{<strong>2</strong>}

Aerobic metabolic rate (MRa) and the critical oxygen tension (Pcrit) of both the red (Pleuroncodes monodon) and yellow (Cervimunida johni) squat lobsters (OMZ species), under two pCO2 scenarios (~414 and 1400 µatm).
Haemolymph pH, hemocyanin content, haemocyanin oxygen binding affinity (p50), and haemolymph lactate content was measured in both species under normoxia, low pCO2 hypoxia and high pCO2 hypoxia.
