Brassica rapa subsp. rapa Transcriptome or Gene expression

Flowering Chinese cabbage, also known as "Bolting" or "Choy Sum," is a leafy vegetable that belongs to the Brassica family. Typically grown for its tender leaves, it can also produce vibrant yellow flowers when it bolts, signaling its transition to seed production. The flowering stage adds a unique flavor and texture to dishes, making it a popular ingredient in many Asian cuisines. The growth, oxidative stress responses, and molecular mechanisms of flowering Chinese cabbage (Brassica rapa) are examined in this work in relation to the individual and combined effects of Cr and PVC-MPs.
