Understanding effects of feelings of precarity on the wellbeing and productivity of Early Career Researchers on fixed term contracts in academia and industry

This data set comprises of 14 anonymised key informant interviews with early career researchers. This was a small qualitative study which aimed to answer the following research question: Understanding effects of feelings of precarity on the wellbeing and productivity of Early Career Researchers on fixed term contracts in academia and industry. Data was collected between the February and September 2025. All data in this depository is fully anonymised. The full study protocol can be found in the file named Protocol.
