LncRNA and mRNA sequencing of form-deprived myopia mouse retina

Myopia is a prevalent public health problem. In the myopic eye, the non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) mechanisms for the dys-regulated retinal signaling have remained elusive. The aim of the study was to analyze the expression profile and possible pathogenic role of lncRNAs in mouse form-deprived myopic (FDM) retinas. We analyzed the differential expressed lncRNAs and mRNAs between the FDM and control retinas by RNA-seq.
