Cellos_data

This dataset is for a paper Cellos: <strong>High-throughput deconvolution of 3D organoid dynamics at cellular resolution for cancer pharmacology.</strong> The folder has all tiff image files for one well and one .xml file (metadata). The well row =3 and column =3. There are two channels, channel1 = EGFP and channel2= mCherry. The data will serve as an example to run Cellos pipeline.
