AcctCurrentInvntry – This table contains a summary of property characteristics for each parcel. It returns one line per account, regardless of the number of buildings on the parcel. If you are wanting individual lines per building, you will want to use the ImpsCurrentInvntry data table. Following are definitions for each of the field names: ACCOUNTNO – Account Number PARCELNB – Parcel Number ACCTTYPE – Account Type (i.e. Vacant Land, Residential) – Represents predominant use of the property. BLDGS – Number of buildings on the parcel LEA – Land Economic Area – This field correlates with the LEA data table to give you a description of the LEA. SUBNO – Subdivision # PROPTYPE – Property Type – This represents the property type of the primary improvement (structure) on the property. OCCCODE1 – Occupancy Code – This is the first Occupancy Code of the building. OCCCODE2 – Occupancy Code – This is the second Occupancy Code of the building if there is more than one Occupancy Code. OCCCODE3 - Occupancy Code – This is the third Occupancy Code of the building if there is more than two Occupancy Codes. IMPABSTCODE – Improvement Abstract Code. Classification code used for state level reporting. This field correlates with the AbstCode data table to give you the description of the Abstract Code. BLTASID – Built As ID (building or architectural style). YRBLT – Year Built. This represents the year the primary structure was built. EXTERIOR – This field describes what type of exterior the structure is made of (i.e. Frame hardboard, Masonry) for primary building. CLASS – Indicates type of construction for primary building. HVAC – Type of heating and air conditioning for primary building. ROOMS – Number of rooms BEDROOMS – Number of bedrooms BATHS – Number of baths TOTALFIXTURES – Total number of fixtures TOTALIMPSSF – Total Improvement Square Feet RESIDENTIALSF – Residential Square Feet COMMERCIALSF – Commercial Square Feet OUTBUILDINGSF – Outbuilding Square Feet PORCHSF – Porch Square Feet CARPORTSF – Carport Square Feet MEZZANINESF – Mezzanine Square Feet BALCONYSF – Balcony Square Feet BSMNTUNFINSF – Unfinished Basement Square Feet BSMNTFAIRFINSF – Fair Finished Basement Square Feet BSMNTMINFINSF – No longer used BSMNTFULLFINSF – Full Finished Basement Square Feet BSMNTTOTALFINSF – Total Finished Basement Square Feet WALKOUT – Walkout Basement – 0=No; 1=Yes GARATTACHSF – Attached Garage Square Feet GARDETACHSF – Detached Garage Square Feet GARBUILTINSF – Built In Garage Square Feet GARBASEMENTSF – Basement Garage Square Feet GARTOTALSF – Total Garage Square Feet MULTIUSEFLAG – Multi Use Flag – 0=No; 1=Yes. Indicates whether a property is classified as multi-purpose (i.e. Residential and Commercial) LANDTYPE – Type of Land (i.e. Ag Land, Vacant Land, Residential Land) LANDABSTCODE – Land Abstract Code – Classification code used for state level reporting. This field correlates with the AbstCode data table to give you the description of the Abstract Code. LANDCERTCODE – This field is no longer used. GROSSACRES – Land lot size in Acres GROSSSF – Land lot size in Square Feet GROSSFF – Front Feet of lot GROSSUNITS –Units related to land, when applicable (i.e. Manufacture Home Spaces or pad sites) STREETNO – Street Number of Physical Address STREETALP – Unit or Apartment Number of Physical Address STREETDIR – Street Direction of Physical Address STREETSUF – Street Suffix of Physical Address STREETNAME – Street Name of Physical Address LOCZIP – No longer used. LOCCITY – City of physical location. Unincorporated areas will be WELD or blank. TAXYEAR – Tax Year for physical characteristics. Property characteristics in this table reflect the status of the property (i.e. New Construction) as of January 1 of the tax year.
