Molecular characterization of ovarian serous cystadenomas and fibromas [Expression]

This study aimed to characterize the molecular changes in benign serous ovarian tumors (cystadenomas and cystadenofibromas) in comparison to pure fibromas. 8 pure fibromas, 19 benign serous tumors and 3 normal ovaries. Integration of genomic copy number analysis (Affymetrix SNP6.0 arrays and Affymetrix OncoScan), exome sequencing (NimbleGen Roche v1 and 2) and expression analysis (Affymetrix Gene 1.0 ST). Expression dataset comprises: 8 pure fibromas, 15 benign serous tumors and 3 normal ovaries.
