China Multiple Myeloma Clinical Trials — Open Dataset

Machine-readable dataset of multiple myeloma clinical trials registered in China, curated from official NMPA/CDE filings by the China Myeloma Digital Network (CMDN), an independent non-profit patient advocacy organisation. Snapshot 2026-10-23: 72 trials (64 recruiting) across 542 deduplicated study centres (316 in China, 226 overseas) covering 31 Chinese provincial-level regions. Registry status: cde_registered 66, international_registry_only 3, unregistered 2, other_identifier_only 1. Every record carries an archived PDF of the original filing. International trial registries cover China poorly, and the national registration platform (chinadrugtrials.org.cn) is a search interface with no permanent per-study URL and no machine-readable export. This dataset closes that gap. Counting conventions matter when quoting figures: trials_total counts every record including terminated studies, while trials_recruiting describes what patients can currently join. Centre counts cover recruiting studies only and are computed after institution-name normalisation, so they cannot be reproduced by deduplicating raw registry text. Read counts from the summary object rather than aggregating records. Provided as JSON and CSV. Titles and centre names remain in Chinese as filed; no machine translation is applied. Inclusion of a trial is not a recommendation, and presence in this dataset does not imply that international patients can enrol.
