This archive contains the data and code associated with the manuscript “Improved constraints on Andean Glaciations from the Lake Titicaca continental drilling record.” The archived files include grain-level zircon U-Th disequilibrium and (U-Th)/He data, Lake Titicaca sedimentary proxy and age-model data, a Jupyter notebook for dewatering calculations, and a Jupyter notebook for dynamic time-warping alignment of Lake Titicaca and Lake Junín records.
