PHIDU - Learning or Earning (PHA) 2016

This dataset, released December 2017, contains the Learning or Earning population at ages 15 to 24, 2016. The data is by Population Health Area (PHA) 2016 geographic boundaries based on the 2016 Australian Statistical Geography Standard (ASGS).\n\n[Population Health Areas](http://phidu.torrens.edu.au/help-and-information/about-our-data/geographical-structures/pha-overview), developed by PHIDU, are comprised of a combination of whole SA2s and multiple (aggregates of) SA2s, where the SA2 is an area in the ABS structure.\n\nFor more information please see the [data source notes](https://phidu.torrens.edu.au/current/data/sha-aust/notes/phidu_data_sources_notes.pdf) on the data. \n\nSource: Compiled by PHIDU based on the ABS Census of Population and Housing, August 2016.\n\n AURIN has spatially enabled the [original data](https://phidu.torrens.edu.au/social-health-atlases/data#social-health-atlas-of-australia-population-health-areas). Data that was not shown/not applicable/not published/not available for the specific area ('#', '..', '^', 'np, 'n.a.', 'n.y.a.' in original PHIDU data) was removed.It has been replaced by by Blank cells.
