Tumor Raman signal laboratory detection data, which supports 1 Raman-related patent. This dataset mainly uses the newly designed Raman molecular probes to accurately identify and delineate tumor and non-tumor regions, with a total of 200 million / 20 items. The equipment adopted is the InVia Reflex Raman spectrometer from Renishaw plc (UK), with the following specifications: 1. Excitation wavelengths: 532nm, 633nm and 785nm; 2. Spectral range: 50~4000 cm⁻¹; 3. Spectral resolution: <1 cm⁻¹; 4. Sensitivity: ≥30:1 (signal-to-noise ratio of the third-order peak of monocrystalline silicon). The data was collected at the Raman Laboratory of the Public Technology Platform, Translational Medicine Research Institute of Zhejiang University, during the project implementation period.
