Matillion Data Productivity Cloud is a no-code, Snowflake-native platform that helps data teams build and manage ELT pipelines with speed and confidence. ## How to Get Started:

1. **Request access to the app**<br/>

Matillion Data Productivity Cloud agent for Snowflake requires a Data Productivity Cloud account. To do that:

- Request the app and fill in your details
- A Matillion representative will then contact you and determine your current Data Productivity Cloud account status
- When the account is confirmed, then the native app will be privately shared to your Snowflake account

2. **Create the agent**

Next, you will need to launch the app, configure the agent with settings from your Matillion account, and establish a secure connection to begin managing your data pipelines:

- Obtain an agent configuration from the Data Productivity Cloud
- Launch the native app and follow on screen instructions and provide the settings when required.

- Once the agent is connected to the Data Productivity Cloud you can then add any secrets to your secret schema that you may require to connect to any data sources, including your Snowflake accounts you wish to use for your data pipelines.

3. **Connect to your Snowflake account**

Using the Data Productivity Cloud - you can now create a project and specify the Account identifier, username and select the secret that contains your credentials. You can now:

- Build and schedule no-code pipelines visually using prebuilt connectors
- Load and transform structured and unstructured data
- Prompt LLMs or deploy AI components like RAG
- Monitor, orchestrate, and scale workloads across teams

Matillion integrates natively with Snowflake features like Cortex and Snowpark Container Services, helping teams unlock powerful AI capabilities.
