Description of the data and file structure This study has been made with a total of XX individuals belonging to 25 different populations from the south of the iberian peninsula. In the datasets, you can find the data we have worked with, including physiological parameters (photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll content, SLA, and shikimate accumulation) as well as genetic data (EPSPS gene copy number and expression levels of the EPSPS and ABCC8 genes).
