Neonicotinoid Seed Treatments Influence Soil Nematode Taxonomic Composition and the Soil Microbial Cooccurrence Networks

In this study, we used 18S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing to quantify soil nematode communities in a three-year soybean/corn crop rotation in Quebec, Canada. We also used bacterial 16S rRNA gene sequences from our previous project (PRJNA662376) to evaluate the co-occurrence networks among nematode and bacterial families.
