We will perform whole-genome sequencing of MDR isolates and will employ post-genomic analytics such as pangenome analysis, SNPs phylogeny, comparative genomics, plasmids and prophage analysis, patho-genomics and resistome to get insights into Healthcare-Associated Infections (HCAI) evolution, diversity, sequence type (clones), and their distribution.
