Semisynthetic 6-Lattice Diffraction Data Re-binned

This macromolecular crystallography diffraction data set was derived from the six-lattice "acegik" data set published at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.10820. Please see that entry for details. The original entry was authored by Richard Gildea and Graeme Winter at Diamond Light Source and also licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence.

The number of images was reduced from 100 to 25 by merging them in groups of four using the program dials.merge_cbf. The resulting data set still represents at 10° rotation, but each individual image now covers 0.4°.

Alongside the images, the files refined.expt and refined.refl are provided, which contain the refined experimental geometry and strong spot locations in a format compatible with, at least, DIALS 3.6.

This data set has many overlapping spots and is provided for testing of overlap handling algorithms in diffraction data processing software.
