We sequenced whole-genome and transcriptome of cancer and normal tissues of AK55 (patient id) for understanding a cancer driver mutation. Here we provide whole-transcriptome RNA from AK55 (liver metastatic lung cancer) and from primary lung cancer samples of 5 additional individuals (LC_S1, LC_S2, LC_S3, LC_S4 and LC_S5).
