LegumeIP

LegumeIP is an integrative database and bioinformatics platform for comparative genomics and transcriptomics to facilitate the study of gene function and genome evolution in legumes,to understand mechanisms that are fundamental to the legume species, especially the process of nitrogen-fixing endosymbiosis, which will be of great value to healthy, low input sustainable agriculture by decreasing the use of fertilizers, and ultimately to develope molecular based breeding tools to improve yield and quality of crop legumes.豆科植物组学整合数据库及生物信息学平台（LegumeIP）是专为豆科植物比较基因组学与转录组学研究打造的整合型数据库及生物信息学工具平台，旨在助力解析豆科植物的基因功能与基因组演化，阐明豆科物种特有的核心生物学机制——尤其是固氮内共生过程。该平台可通过减少化肥施用，为健康低投入可持续农业提供重要支撑，并最终开发基于分子技术的育种工具，以提升豆科作物的产量与品质。
