IRSEI dataset for the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration (2001–2022)

This dataset provides annual Improved Remote Sensing Ecological Index (IRSEI) products for the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration (YRDUA) from 2001 to 2022.
IRSEI integrates ecosystem state indicators (kNDVI, WET, NDBSI, and LST) with a landscape fragmentation metric (Landscape Division Index, DIVISION) within a unified assessment framework to characterize urban ecological quality. All raster layers are provided at a spatial resolution of 500 m.
In this updated version, additional supporting datasets used for statistical analyses and figure generation are included, such as Geodetector results, spatial autocorrelation metrics, and area change statistics. These files are provided to facilitate transparent replication of the analytical workflow and key findings reported in the associated study.
Each raster represents annual ecological quality values ranging from 0 to 1, where higher values indicate better ecological conditions considering both ecosystem state and landscape configuration.
All files are supplied in GeoTIFF (raster data) and tabular formats (CSV/XLSX) using the UTM Zone 51N coordinate reference system (EPSG:32651).
