We used ATAC-Seq to exmaine the Trem2+ cells from different sources. Overall design: Mouse skin, mouse wounds, and mouse BCC tumors were dissociated, the Trem2+ cells were FACS sorted and then processed for ATAC-Seq using the Omni-ATAC pipeline.
