资源简介:

Oxytocin is a drug given to women during Caesarean delivery to induce contraction of the uterus and reduce bleeding risk. This drug can cause unwanted side effects and this study examined the clinical and haemodynamic (cardiovascular blood pressure and flow) effects of using a lower dose of oxytocin (3 IU) compared with conventional care (5 IU)
