Relaxed loss-of-function constraint across the human matrisome, with ECM regulators deviating most from matched controls
收藏资源简介:
Data and code accompanying a population-genomic study of the human matrisome. Constraint metrics from gnomAD v4.1 are compared between 1,027 matrisome genes and ten same-chromosome, length- and expression-matched controls per gene; recent selection is measured with nSL and genome-wide iHS in all 26 populations of the 1,000 Genomes high-coverage panel (2,504 unrelated individuals); archaic sequence coverage is evaluated on four reference maps. The record contains Supplementary Tables S1-S7, the matched-set definitions, the analysis code (six scripts plus README, requirements, a run_all driver and an input manifest), the compiled Supplementary Information with a per-column data dictionary, and SHA-256 checksums of every file. Missing values in the tables are the literal string NA. Three distinct quantities are reported and must not be interchanged: the observed mean of the focal genes, the matched-control mean of the ten matched controls of each set, and the matched-set permutation null mean, which is used only to generate P values. Version 1.1 adds the record DOI and a DOI/citation note to the distributed files (README, data package, code package, compiled Supplementary Information). The data tables themselves are unchanged.
