中国专利奖评价指标统计数据

根据历届中国专利奖获奖专利数据统计分析，得到本指标统计数据，为知识产权服务行业帮助企业申请专利奖提供参考。1、数据来源:全球专利数据库中发明专利和实用新型专利数据;
2、数据采集: 通过检索网站对领域专利进行采集。
3、数据处理: 通过专利著录信息，对专利质量：包括对专利类型与授权、维持年限（年）、权利要求数量、独立权利要求数量、申请文本页数进行统计；对专利技术方案：包括PCT申请与授权、专利同族个数、专利先进性、专利稳定性、被引证次数、价值度（数据库评定）、新兴产业进行统计；对企业专利应用：包括产学研结合、专利质押次数、专利许可次数、专利转让次数、无效、诉讼、海关备案进行统计；通过企查查对企业前景，包括企业规模、企业荣誉、制定标准数量进行统计，对22个指标分别赋分，最高5分，最后进行求和处理，得到综合评分，满分80分。
4.数据分析：通过采取自定义方式将分数按从高到低分为 A、B、C、D；A为建议参与评奖，B为争取参与评奖（参考专利效益）、C参考是否有2名院士推荐、专利效益突出等条件，D为不建议参与评奖。采用综合分值法: A>=40分，B=30-39分，C=20-29分，D<20分。

This indicator's statistical data is derived from the statistical analysis of awarded patents from all previous sessions of the China Patent Awards, aiming to provide references for intellectual property service industries to assist enterprises in applying for patent awards.
1. Data Source: Data of invention patents and utility model patents sourced from the global patent database;
2. Data Collection: Collect domain-specific patents through retrieval websites;
3. Data Processing: Statistical analysis is conducted based on patent bibliographic information across three dimensions: patent quality, patent technical solutions, and enterprise patent applications, plus enterprise prospect analysis via Qichacha:
- For patent quality: Statistics cover patent type and authorization status, maintenance duration (in years), number of claims, number of independent claims, and number of pages of the application document;
- For patent technical solutions: Statistics cover PCT applications and authorizations, number of patent families, patent advancement, patent stability, number of citations, database-assessed valuation, and emerging industries;
- For enterprise patent applications: Statistics cover industry-university-research cooperation, number of patent pledges, number of patent licenses, number of patent transfers, patent invalidation, litigation, and customs recordation;
- For enterprise prospects (including enterprise scale, enterprise honors, and number of formulated standards): Data is collected via Qichacha.
A total of 22 indicators are assigned scores individually, with the maximum score per indicator being 5 points. The final comprehensive score is obtained by summing the assigned scores, with a full score of 80 points.
4. Data Analysis: The comprehensive scores are divided into four tiers A, B, C and D from highest to lowest using a custom classification method, with specific criteria as follows:
- Tier A: Recommended to participate in the award evaluation;
- Tier B: Recommended to strive for participation (refer to patent benefits);
- Tier C: Refer to conditions such as having recommendations from 2 academicians and outstanding patent benefits;
- Tier D: Not recommended to participate in the award evaluation.
The adopted comprehensive score rule is: A ≥ 40 points, B = 30-39 points, C = 20-29 points, D < 20 points.
