The SNP ID, genomic position (based on NCBI Build 37), minor allele frequency (MAF), and the p-value (uncorrected for multiple testing) for the allelic association with the combined toxicity measure are shown. The annotation indicates the location of the SNP (intron, 5′ or 3′ UTR), and the amino acid residue altered by the SNP (because of alternative ABCB5 transcripts, more than one location is indicated for some SNPs). All p-values p-value is shown in a separate column. Of note, rs17143212 is a missense SNP (Thr131ILE) that it is the only SNP with a significant p-value in the permutation test.
