2023年中国饲料实体数据库

本次修订重点对表1、表3中的部分常用饲料中的概略养分、钙、磷及氨基酸含量数据进行了更新。原始样本数据来源于“我国主要畜禽饲料资源及其矿物元素含量与分布调查”项目构建的基础数据库，调整的饲料实体数据考虑了饲料样本的质量等级、样本数及蛋白质的含量区间，对符合修改条件的部分饲料包括玉米、小麦、稻谷、小麦麸、次粉、大豆粕、棉籽粕、菜籽粕、玉米蛋白粉、玉米DDGS、鱼粉等11品种饲料涉及18种饲料实体的部分养分进行了更正，使其更加符合我国饲料资源的饲料属性特征。提供了51种粗饲料的18种养分列在表9中，特别增加菊芋茎秆、叶粉及全株3种新的饲料资源。用户在获知粗饲料的描述后，并按实际样本的干物质含量，合理选用本表对应的数据并按DM的比例进行调整，基本上可以满足牛、羊的TMR日粮配方设计。

This revision focuses on updating the proximate nutrient, calcium, phosphorus, and amino acid content data of some common feedstuffs in Table 1 and Table 3. The original sample data were sourced from the basic database constructed by the project "Survey on Major Livestock and Poultry Feed Resources in China and Their Mineral Element Contents and Distribution". Adjusted feed entity data take into account the quality grade, sample size, and protein content range of feed samples. Partial nutrients of 18 feed entities involving 11 feed varieties including corn, wheat, rice, wheat bran, wheat middlings, soybean meal, cottonseed meal, rapeseed meal, corn gluten meal, corn DDGS, and fish meal that meet the modification criteria have been corrected, so as to better align with the feed attribute characteristics of China's feed resources. The 18 nutrients of 51 types of roughages are listed in Table 9, and three new feed resources, namely Jerusalem artichoke stalks, leaf meal, and whole plant, have been specially added. After understanding the description of the roughages, users can reasonably select the corresponding data in this table and adjust it according to the dry matter (DM) ratio based on the actual dry matter content of the samples, which basically meets the requirements of total mixed ration (TMR) diet formulation for cattle and sheep.
